Rasmalai

Ingredients

  • Powdered milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almond and Pistachios 10 – 15

Method

Add powdered milk, egg, baking powder and oil. Mix well. When it mixed well then make balls. Boil milk in pot/pan and add sugar in it. Cook it for 10 to 12 minutes until thick. Then add balls and cook more for 5 minutes. Let it cool now. Now take it out in a bowl and garnish with pistachio and almond and serve.
